Emil Elmazov is Corr. International Informatization Academy in Moscow, manager of "Herb Garden" LTD. In the last years of the last century Emil Elmazov based reserve "herbalist" in Bojentsi mountain on 150 acres of abandoned agricultural lands and forests. In a 700 meters altitude Elmazov managed to create gardens of Kazanlak Rose and "domesticated" wild einkorn wheat grain, which opens a small field in the Eastern Rhodopes. For 12 years it needed to multiply the seeds spelled the territory of the reserve "herbalist". Then together with his associates distribute them for reproduction in all parts of Bulgaria. Thus, Bulgarian table returned primal bread in the Balkans with particularly high nutritional and rehabilitation qualities.
