Reni Mitkova is a manager of EOS Matrix - one of the largest debt collection and purchase companies in Bulgaria. She began her career as a secretary in a software company while is student. She has a master's degree in international tourism from the University of Economics in Sofia, and has an EMBA from Cotrugli Business School. She has been the Chairman of the Receivables Management Association (former Association of Collection Agencies in Bulgaria) since 2011. She has been the Secretary General of the Federation of European National Collection Associations for four years. She is married, has three children - two girls and one boy. This is her first book which she started writing at the beginning of the 2020 pandemic.
