Ilia Petrov was born on 08 December 1964 in Sofia. He graduated Mathematic School in Vratsa, than Philosophy in Sofia University St. Kl. Ohridski. After that he works as Municipal Council in Vratsa and chairman of the group of UDF municipal councilors.
He was agent in the 38-th National Assembly. During 2001 he is excluded from the UDF. He also worked in “Info Radio” and radio “K 2” as journalist.
