Europe and the Mediterranean are shaken by stormy events during VII century. There are four great states by that time: Arabian Caliphate, Khazar Khanate, Eastern Roman Empire and Bulgaria. But last two are likely to be destroyed. It seems that the Arabians will occupy the capital of the Eastern Roman Empire soon. While the Bulgarian are regularly attacked by the Khazars.
There is a big destruction in Bulgaria. The old khan – Kubrat – is ill. Four of his sons could not stop the Khazars. The only hope is in Asparuh.
