Danka Vasileva and Evgeni Petrov have been a family for 45 years. Both graduated in journalism, started their careers as reporters and rose to editors-in-chief, but they have never stopped writing.
Danka Vasileva was a reporter at the newspaper “Otechestven Front”, first deputy editor-in-chief of the newspaper “168 Chasa” and the newspaper “Sega”, editor-in-chief of the magazine “Sega”, the newspaper “Express”, the agency “Blits” and the newspaper “24 Chasa”, director of 24chasa.bg – the largest news website in the Bulgarian language.
Evgeni Petrov worked successively at BT, briefly at the newspaper “Uchitelsko Delo” and the newspaper “Narodna Mlazed”, where he rose from reporter to editor-in-chief. In 1991, he founded the newspaper “PARI”, of which he was the publisher and editor-in-chief until 2000. He also worked as deputy editor-in-chief of the newspaper “Standart” and director of the newspaper “Express”.
The two are also travelers. For 9 years now, they have been describing their experiences on cruise liners on Facebook, and their followers have been bombarding them with questions. They encouraged them to write this book. In it, the two journalists, in addition to telling about the exotic places they visited, break the myth that a cruise is an elitist and super expensive trip. They prove with numbers that it is achievable even for the average Bulgarian pensioner. And the service and the food and drinks offered are many times better than all-inclusives on their native and neighboring seas.
From this book you will learn how to organize a cheap cruise and why it is a dream trip.
